Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu and prepare for your Ghorepani Poon Hill adventure.

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. After checking in, you may rest after your international flight or explore the nearby streets of Thamel, one of the city's most vibrant tourist areas. Kathmandu offers a unique combination of ancient culture, temples, traditional architecture, and modern city life.

In the evening, your trekking guide will provide a comprehensive briefing regarding the trek itinerary, weather conditions, accommodation facilities, and trekking preparations. You can also complete any final shopping for trekking equipment before beginning the journey.

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

Travel through beautiful river valleys and hills to Pokhara.

After breakfast, begin the scenic drive to Pokhara along the Prithvi Highway. The road follows the Trishuli River and passes traditional villages, terraced farms, and beautiful hills. The journey provides excellent opportunities to observe rural life and Nepal's countryside landscapes.

Upon arrival in Pokhara, you can relax beside Phewa Lake, explore Lakeside, or enjoy views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna peaks. Pokhara's peaceful environment makes it one of Nepal's most beautiful cities.

Day 03: Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Ulleri

Begin trekking through villages and stone staircases to Ulleri.

After breakfast, drive to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. The trail follows the Bhurungdi River and passes beautiful villages, terraced fields, and cultivated farmland. The route gradually ascends through local settlements and stone-paved trails.

The final section involves climbing the famous stone staircases leading to Ulleri. The village offers magnificent mountain views and traditional Magar culture, making it an excellent overnight stop.

Day 04: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani

Walk through rhododendron forests to reach Ghorepani.

The trail climbs steadily through dense forests filled with rhododendron, oak, and pine trees. During spring, the forests become colorful with blooming rhododendrons. The peaceful environment and mountain scenery make this one of the most enjoyable days of the trek.

Ghorepani is a beautiful mountain village located on a ridge with excellent panoramic views. The village has historically served as a resting point for traders and travelers crossing the mountains.

Day 05: Sunrise at Poon Hill and Trek to Tadapani

Witness the famous Himalayan sunrise from Poon Hill.

Early in the morning, hike to Poon Hill for one of Nepal's most spectacular sunrise experiences. As the sun rises, the snow-covered peaks of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri, and other mountains gradually illuminate in golden colors.

After returning to Ghorepani for breakfast, continue trekking through forests and ridges toward Tadapani. The trail offers beautiful landscapes, mountain views, and peaceful woodland sections.

Day 06: Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk

Descend through forests to the beautiful Gurung village of Ghandruk.

The trail descends through rhododendron and oak forests before reaching Ghandruk, one of the most famous villages in the Annapurna region. The village offers outstanding views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre.

Visitors can explore the traditional stone houses, local museums, monasteries, and Gurung culture. The village provides a unique opportunity to experience local traditions and mountain lifestyles.

Day 07: Drive from Ghandruk to Pokhara

Pokhara offers a relaxing atmosphere after completing the trek and provides excellent opportunities for sightseeing and leisure activities.
